SCAM COMPANYI bought from this company because of a supposed "lifetime warranty". When the bracelet I purchased broke, I sent multiple emails and was ignored until I left a review. Once I left the review I was promptly contacted and asked about a solution, when I responded - I was ghosted. It's fraudulent behavior and I would have fathered not being contacted at all. This is a terribly ran company & their "customer service" is garbage, specifically Gina at *******@bravenewlook ZERO STARS, this site only posts reviews with 5 stars cause they’re a scam too.

So many options!Love that this store offers so many different customization options for their jewelry. I was able to create a unique bracelet for my daughter with her name and birthdate on it. It's a one-of-a-kind piece that she can treasure forever.
